We commemorated the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (#DisabilityDay) themed “Raise awareness about the need for transformative solutions for inclusive development, an accessible & equitable world.”
The day was graced with a match along Kabalagala, Ggaba road to create awareness followed by a celebration of achievements and testimonies from parents whose children with disabilities have been impacted.
ON this Day, we also set to start the campaign of Building an Inclusive School for Special Needs in Uganda to further our goal of rehabilitating ,educating and empowering children with disabilities as well as their families.
