Special Children Special People (SCSP) is more than a school—it’s a safe space for children with special needs to learn, grow, and connect with others.
Our inclusive programs have transformed not just our children’s lives but also our community’s perceptions. However, due to an increase in the number of children enrolling in our programs, our current classroom space and therapy session rooms are no longer sufficient. In order to continue creating an environment where children with and without special needs can learn and play together, we urgently need an expansion of our facility.
A bigger space will allow us to provide more services, accommodate more children, and further promote inclusion and equality that will serve as a dedicated space for special needs sessions with rooms designed specifically for special needs therapy and education. The space will be equipped with essential facilities, including toilets, to ensure a safe, accessible and conducive learning environment.
Thanks to the generosity of our friends and supporters, we have successfully completed the main basement foundation—a significant milestone! However, we still have a long way to go. The next step is to start construction of the ground floor, which will cost us $25,000 to complete.
